The author’s rare second novel. A first edition, first printing, published by Andre Deutsch in 1958. A near fine book with one gift inscription to the ffep, in lovely condition and without foxing. In a near fine wrapper which is clipped and has a slight crease to the fore-edge and some rubbing to the tail of the spine, but otherwise flawless. A lovely copy of a rare book.
